About the role
EnCharge AI is looking for a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead customer and partner solution development for its AI acceleration platform, from architecture to deployment. The role combines technical leadership, product roadmap influence, and customer-facing enablement.
What you’ll do
Lead customer and partner solution development, architecture, optimization, and deployment
Serve as technical advisor and influence product roadmaps
Manage engagements from technical discovery through production deployment
Drive ecosystem development and technical enablement
Deliver technical training and speak at workshops and conferences
What you’ll need
8+ years in Solutions Engineering, Field Applications Engineering, Technical Marketing Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles in semiconductor or AI industry
Proven track record bringing complex hardware and software products to market
Strong software development experience with Python and C++
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX Runtime
Strong understanding of AI workloads, heterogeneous SoC architectures, software stacks, and system integration
Experience with embedded Linux systems, heterogeneous compute platforms, or AI accelerators
