About the role
Beacon Hill is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile execution across two delivery teams. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams, removing roadblocks, and partnering with product, engineering, and stakeholders to support software releases and platform enhancements.
What you’ll do
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
Coach teams and drive continuous improvement
Remove delivery roadblocks and resolve conflicts
Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders
Support software releases and platform enhancements
Manage competing priorities and hold teams accountable
What you’ll need
5+ years of product/project development experience or 3+ years on Agile delivery teams
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies including Kanban, backlog refinement, story splitting, sprint estimation, and velocity tracking
Hands-on proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet
Strong technical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience supporting multiple Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
