About the role

What you’ll do
Lead agile execution for multidisciplinary engineering teams
Coordinate with program and engineering leaders on plans, metrics, and status
Establish data capture and reporting to inform decisions
Implement Agile practices and processes in a DoD setting
Prepare cost and schedule estimates for engineering design tasks
Achieve stakeholder consensus and drive alignment
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field plus 5 years of experience, or Master's degree plus 3 years
Relevant Agile certifications (SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
History of success implementing Agile in a DoD setting
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar dashboarding tools
Department of Defense Secret security clearance obtainable within reasonable time
U.S. citizenship required
