About the role
LTIMindtree is looking for a Senior DSML Engineer to build reusable, governed generative AI capabilities, including RAG systems, agentic workflows, and evaluation practices for enterprise DSML teams.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, ML, or equivalent practical experience
5 years of software, data science, ML, or AI engineering experience
Production-quality Python development and collaborative version-controlled delivery
Hands-on experience with LLM-enabled applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows
Experience with embeddings, vector or hybrid search, and evaluation design
Commitment to responsible AI, privacy, security, and data-governance practices
