What you’ll need
Bachelor's in CS, engineering, math, physics, statistics or related field with 4+ years of experience, or Master's with 2+ years
Demonstrated record taking ML systems from concept to working capability
Strong proficiency in Python and deep expertise in PyTorch or equivalent
Practical experience with the modern LLM toolchain including Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT, TRL, and serving frameworks
Substantive experience with generative AI/LLM fine-tuning, deep learning for perception or signal domains, or reinforcement learning
Active DoD security clearance
