What you’ll do
Manage interview scheduling and logistics
Provide candidates and hiring teams with a high-touch interview experience
Support Talent team workflows
Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
What you’ll need
1-2+ years of coordination/admin experience, ideally in startup or high-growth environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport
Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
Comfort working at high volume and re-prioritizing mid-day when plans change
Bias toward urgency: respond quickly and follow through without being chased
Experience with Ashby and Modernloop or other ATS/scheduling tools
