About the role
Razor seeks an IAM Business Analyst to support a federal program by analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements, collaborating with project teams and stakeholders, and providing production support. The role is remote and applies Agile and IAM expertise to improve workflows and system capabilities.
What you’ll do
Analyze, document, and validate functional and technical requirements
Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients
Translate business and technical requirements into development tasks
Evaluate workflows, system capabilities, and business processes to identify gaps and improvements
Support production environments, analyze system behavior, and troubleshoot technical issues
Prepare release notes, user documentation, end-user communications, and training materials
What you’ll need
Experience as a Business Analyst supporting software development projects
Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and system requirements
Knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, applications, or business processes
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Working knowledge of SQL and experience executing database queries
