Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Professional certifications such as HDI CSS, CompTIA A+, Network+
3 to 5 years of IT support or Service Desk experience
Experience with Apple mobile devices, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory, endpoint management, and telecommunications
Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator (MD-102) certification is an asset
