What you’ll do

What you’ll need
8+ years of hands-on experience in IT engineering, platform administration, or enterprise systems engineering
Deep administrative expertise in Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and Microsoft 365 / MS Teams
Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, REST APIs, and command-line tools such as GAM and Google Admin SDK
Experience as an escalation point for L3/L4 issues, incident management, root cause analysis, and ticketing systems
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent practical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
