About the role
DataLab USA is hiring an IT Systems Analyst II to support end users and systems across Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms. The role administers Microsoft 365 and Intune, troubleshoots identity and device issues, manages incidents, and collaborates with infrastructure, security, and platform teams.
What you’ll do
Administer Microsoft 365 and Intune
Troubleshoot identity and device issues
Manage incidents and document procedures
Support end users and systems
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and platform teams
What you’ll need
3–5 years in System Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
Experience managing devices with Intune (MDM/MAM, configuration profiles, compliance policies)
Solid working knowledge of Active Directory and identity troubleshooting
Experience with laptop imaging, endpoint lifecycle management, and JIRA in an IT support or Agile environment
Working knowledge of Linux, SQL/Python, PowerShell scripting, and AI-enabled tools
