What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience with HCM/HRIS, data migration, systems integration, ERP, or enterprise technology transformation
Experience with data analysis, data quality, mapping, migration/conversion, or reconciliation
Experience gathering and documenting business, data, or integration requirements
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder facilitation skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
