About the role
The Treasury Management Product Consultant for Digital Integration Services acts as a client-facing expert connecting banking systems with external partners, supporting technical sales, product delivery, adoption, and profitability. This role manages product development cycles, drives deposit growth, and collaborates cross-functionally to optimize treasury solutions.
What you’ll do
Manage and optimize the end-to-end product development cycle to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget
Develop training materials and perform training sessions for internal team members as needed
Translate complex technical concepts to support sound business decisions
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for effective use of people, systems, and processes
Manage process improvement initiatives to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies
Anticipate, identify, and articulate potential issues and opportunities and effectively respond
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
Experience in financial services, ideally in Commercial products and services
3+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Operations, Customer Support or Technology strongly preferred
Ability to partner with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, UX, sales, technology, operations, and risk
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Best-in-class communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
