About the role
Central Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a Salesforce Principal Architect to lead enterprise CRM architecture for financial-services engagements, covering solution discovery, design assurance, architecture governance, security and privacy planning, engineering handoffs, and evaluation of AI and automation opportunities.
What you’ll do
Lead solution discovery and design assurance
Oversee architecture governance and design packages for engineering handoff
Plan security and privacy into Salesforce solution designs
Translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and detailed design artifacts
Evaluate AI and automation opportunities
Facilitate technical conversations with nontechnical stakeholders
What you’ll need
Eight or more years of progressive experience in technology architecture or enterprise applications
Substantial experience designing Salesforce solutions and leading complex CRM initiatives
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, security, automation, and integration patterns
Experience creating UML diagrams, data-flow diagrams, and architecture decision records
Strong business analysis, solution-shaping, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent experience
