About the role
Air is seeking a Director of Product to lead Mission Solutions, owning end-to-end product strategy and outcomes for a mission area, building on the company's AI-native enterprise readiness platform, and developing a team of product managers.
What you’ll do
Own end-to-end product strategy and delivery for a mission area
Build products on the shared AI-native platform
Drive business outcomes such as adoption, revenue, or account growth
Develop and grow a team of product managers
Make portfolio-level trade-offs across teams and reframe problems
Co-create with domain experts and translate domain insight into shipped products
What you’ll need
U.S. Citizenship and current U.S. security clearance or ability to obtain one with sponsorship
Track record owning a product line end-to-end from strategy through delivery and business outcomes
Portfolio-level thinking and ability to make trade-offs across teams
Experience leading and growing product managers
Hands-on fluency with AI products, including deterministic vs agentic systems and their failure modes
Background in enterprise software (B2B SaaS, ERPs, or specialized-industry platforms) and industrial/defense domains such as supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, sustainment, or acquisition
