What you’ll do
Lead enterprise transformation initiatives connecting business strategy with engineering execution
Translate operational challenges into scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and business executives on technology decisions
Lead cross-functional teams from discovery through production implementation
Review architecture and challenge designs to ensure delivery accountability
Drive modernization of legacy systems and simplification of complex environments
What you’ll need
12–20+ years in software engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership
Experience in retail, grocery, merchandising, store systems, supply chain, or digital commerce
Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, data platforms, cloud, and AI
Proven track record designing and delivering mission-critical enterprise platforms
Strong knowledge of legacy modernization, integration, and automation
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
