About the role

What you’ll do

• Develop scalable healthcare data collaboration solutions across consumer intelligence, planning and activation, and measurement and optimization
• Translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into product strategy, partnerships, and roadmaps
• Lead discovery directly with enterprise customers to convert ambiguous demand into scoped, sequenced roadmaps
• Define product vision and make prioritization decisions tied to measurable customer and business outcomes
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, legal, privacy, security, sales, marketing, commercial, and customer success teams
• Design and deliver joint solutions with external partners, including reference architectures, scope, and go-to-market alignment

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in product management, technical product strategy, product solutions, or a closely related role
• 3+ years building data, analytics, media, or technology products for healthcare organizations
• Knowledge of healthcare data structures including claims, EHR/EMR, pharmacy data, taxonomies, and audience construction
• Understanding of privacy, security, governance, and regulatory considerations including HIPAA, consent, de-identification, and compliance review
• Experience taking a 0-to-1 product or vertical solution from definition through launch to first paying customers
• Experience partnering with engineering, legal, privacy, security, sales, and executive stakeholders
