What you’ll need
10+ years building software, including 3+ years at senior IC level
3–5+ years managing and developing software engineering teams
Strong eCommerce experience building customer-facing systems (catalog, search, cart, checkout, accounts, inventory, fulfillment)
Experience operating business-critical production systems with on-call and incident response
Strong knowledge of software architecture, API design, distributed systems, and secure development practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
