What you’ll do
Serve as strategic technical interface for global and strategic regional partners
Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and partner engagements
Develop and execute partner growth plans linking business strategy and technology

Shape and scale partner practices, offerings, and go-to-market motions
Articulate ServiceNow differentiation against competitive platforms
What you’ll need
8+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, partner strategy, or enterprise technology advisory
Proven experience with partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, or technology alliances
Strong executive presence to influence senior partner stakeholders at VP+ level
Deep understanding of enterprise platforms and workflow-based solutions
Working knowledge of AI-enabled use cases, automation patterns, and data-driven workflows
Experience with ServiceNow platform and AI capabilities, plus relevant certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS)
