About the role
Tinder is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead anti-abuse strategy and execution, reducing policy-violating actors and content across detection, prevention, remediation, enforcement, and measurement. The role requires deep Trust & Safety expertise, ML fluency, and cross-functional leadership.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and execution for anti-abuse initiatives
Reduce policy-violating actors and content across detection, prevention, remediation, enforcement, and measurement
Set direction and drive execution on large, cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch
Advocate for user safety and platform integrity
Translate regulatory requirements into product decisions
Apply AI tools to product work where they add leverage
What you’ll need
8+ years of product management or relevant experience building and scaling products
Track record of material outcomes in Trust & Safety, fraud, abuse prevention, content moderation, or risk
Systems thinking across the full abuse lifecycle
Fluency with ML-based detection systems, including precision/recall and data pipelines
Strong communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Hands-on with data, writes own SQL
