About the role
The Onboarding Specialist guides merchants through the application and activation process, coordinating documentation and resolving issues with internal teams and sponsor banks. This newly created role also focuses on improving onboarding processes and using data to drive change.

What you’ll need
3+ years in merchant onboarding, implementation, project management, payments, or fintech
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
CRM experience, including IRIS CRM
Strong problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of ACH, Merchant Processing, Pay-by-Bank, and RTP
