About the role

What you’ll do
Facilitate Scrum practices and Agile ceremonies
Remove impediments for development teams
Coach teams on Agile methodologies
Improve delivery of technology solutions
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders
Manage competing priorities and complex team dynamics
What you’ll need
3+ years of Scrum Master experience in Agile environment
Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile software development
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
