About the role

What you’ll do

• Ensure reliability, security, and performance of core servicing platforms
• Provide advanced technical support for servicing systems
• Administer and configure systems and access controls
• Partner with business and technology teams to improve capabilities
• Create workflows, process automations, and documentation
• Support compliant auto finance servicing operations

What you’ll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, administrative, or related business systems role
• Hands-on experience with system administration, configuration, access control, and platform maintenance
• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of enterprise platforms, user provisioning, identity management, and role-based access controls
• Must live within commutable distance to Atlanta, Dallas, Detroit, or Houston and be authorized to work in the US
