About the role
Hands-on Product Manager/Product Owner to lead a shipboard products team for a global travel and hospitality client, overseeing workforce-management and hotel-side operational applications. The role combines people leadership of about six with Agile delivery, resource planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
What you’ll do
Lead and develop a shipboard products team
Oversee product direction and delivery for workforce-management and hotel-side applications
Manage resource planning, staffing, budgets, capacity, and competing priorities
Own backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization in partnership with engineering
Coordinate with HR, Finance, operations, technical teams, and executive leadership
Drive enterprise-wide transformation across business units and geographies
What you’ll need
Strong hands-on Product Owner/Product Management background delivering software through requirements, engineering, testing, and launch
People-leadership experience with at least 2–3 direct reports and ability to lead a team of approximately six
Practical Agile and Jira knowledge including backlog ownership, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization
Experience overseeing product-team resources, budgets, capacity, team hours, and delivery priorities
Strong cross-functional stakeholder presence and ability to influence HR, Finance, operations, technical teams, and executives
Experience with enterprise-wide transformation, multiple geographies, workforce management, HR technology, or physical operations deployments
