About the role

What you’ll do

• Oversee commercial landscape and hardscape installation projects from startup through completion
• Coordinate project resources, schedules, contracts, billing, and forecasting
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects meet budget, quality, and schedule expectations
• Adhere to safety regulations and promote safe work practices
• Lead and motivate teams through communication, collaboration, and delegation

What you’ll need

• Safety-first mindset and commitment to safety regulations
• Solid understanding of construction site operations and best practices
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply blueprints, construction drawings, and technical specifications
• Skilled in negotiating pricing, terms, and schedules with customers and vendors
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field; PMP certification is a plus
