What you’ll do
Own customer authentication and identity platform capabilities
Lead product discovery and delivery
Partner with technical and business stakeholders
Manage product backlogs and write technical user stories and acceptance criteria
Balance product discovery and design work with hands-on execution
Perform feature testing, validation, and release-readiness activities
What you’ll need
Experience supporting customer authentication and identity platforms
Product Manager or Product Owner experience in a technical, customer-facing environment
Experience with digital trust or Customer Identity and Access Management
Strong experience managing product backlogs and writing technical user stories
Experience implementing or supporting OIDC, SSO, OAuth 2.0, or federated authentication preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
