About the role
MSIG USA is hiring a Junior AI Polyglot Engineer for a product domain team supporting its Commercial Property & Casualty insurance business. The role focuses on developing, testing, maintaining, and supporting business technology solutions while using AI coding agents with engineering review and accountability.
What you’ll do
Develop, test, maintain, and support business technology solutions
Work across applications, services, integrations, databases, and data workflows
Use AI coding agents with engineering review and accountability
Support the Commercial Property & Casualty insurance product domain
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Foundational programming skills in at least one language such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Understanding of software development fundamentals including object-oriented programming, APIs, databases, testing, and debugging
Hands-on experience with AI coding agents such as GitHub Copilot and ability to review and validate AI-generated code
Familiarity with web application development, cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD, and data integration concepts
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with willingness to learn multiple technologies
