About the role
OKSI is hiring an IT Manager to lead its IT Systems team in Torrance, CA, overseeing secure and compliant IT operations for defense EO/IR sensor and autonomous platform programs, including CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance.
What you’ll do
Lead and supervise the IT Systems team
Ensure secure, reliable, and compliant IT operations
Maintain CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance
Support classified information systems and system authorization activities
Support engineering labs and aerospace development environments
What you’ll need
Experience in IT operations or cybersecurity, including direct supervision of IT staff
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Fortinet, networking, and Windows/Linux systems
Knowledge of CMMC, DFARS, and NIST SP 800-171
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Security+, CISSP, or comparable cybersecurity certification
