WMATA is hiring a Senior Web Program Manager to lead authority-wide web application delivery and digital modernization efforts. The role manages teams, budgets, quality assurance, and accessibility while advancing web and mobile solutions across the Authority.

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Systems Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum seven years of experience in web design and development including large-scale web development projects
Experience using back-end frameworks such as Express or Fastify, including REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with ServiceNow product suite and solutioning
Expertise in IT management principles, budget, contracts, procurement, and vendor negotiation
Knowledge of cloud technologies, databases, intranet development, information security, Agile, and Figma
