About the role

What you’ll do

• Translate HR workflow challenges into practical AI-powered system solutions
• Build and validate prototypes with HR users
• Partner with IT and MLOps teams to move solutions into secure production-ready systems
• Bridge technical teams and diverse business stakeholders
• Rapidly build working prototypes using frameworks like Streamlit, Gradio, or FastAPI

What you’ll need

• Master's degree in CS, software engineering, MIS, data science, industrial engineering, or related field; or bachelor's plus 2+ years of professional experience in software development, systems integration, and AI/ML
• Strong Python programming skills and ability to quickly build prototypes using Streamlit, Gradio, FastAPI, or similar
• Working knowledge of generative AI concepts and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• High learning agility and strong problem-solving skills to grasp complex HR workflows and semiconductor manufacturing concepts
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate complex needs across technical and business teams
• Prior exposure to HR systems (HRMS, Payroll, ATS, Time & Attendance, or Performance Management) and experience with orchestration frameworks or vector databases
