What you’ll do
Lead strategy and end-to-end delivery for major payment product areas
Own Business Wallet capabilities for U.S. SMB merchants
Drive customer insight and performance optimization
Ensure regulatory alignment across product initiatives
Provide cross-functional leadership to improve merchants' access to and management of funds
Build KPIs, business cases, and financial models
What you’ll need
6–10 years of progressive product management experience in payments, fintech, banking, e-commerce, or financial technology
Proven success owning a strategic product area and delivering complex solutions at scale
Strong understanding of payment processing, digital wallets, acquiring, issuing, risk, or compliance
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and ability to influence without authority
Strong analytical and commercial mindset with experience building KPIs, business cases, and financial models
Excellent communication skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in a global matrix environment
