Implement and optimize ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions
Gather requirements from business stakeholders, risk, and compliance teams
Design functional solutions for IRM and GRC processes
Guide ServiceNow developers during implementation
Conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussions
Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
What you’ll need
8+ years in ServiceNow consulting or functional implementation
Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow IRM
Experience with ServiceNow Risk Management and GRC processes
Understanding of risk assessment, control management, policy management, and compliance
Ability to independently conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussions
Experience guiding developers and working in Agile environments
