About the role

What you’ll do
Develop, coordinate, and deliver management training initiatives
Partner with field HR and subject matter experts to assess training needs
Create curriculum, eLearning courses, facilitator guides, and participant workbooks
Facilitate training courses and delivery in virtual classroom environments
Evaluate program effectiveness and adapt training programs as needed
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent stand-up delivery and facilitation skills
Proficient in distance learning and virtual classroom tools such as WebEx
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Three years of training/organizational development and two years of curriculum development experience preferred
