About the role

What you’ll do
Demonstrate Dynatrace solutions to customers and prospects
Lead technical evaluations and proofs of concept
Support customer and partner relationships

Troubleshoot technical issues to produce working outcomes
Manage multiple projects and support other SEs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in observability or APM
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform
