About the role
Capstone Logistics seeks a contract recruiter to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for last-mile delivery and transportation roles, including CDL and non-CDL drivers, while supporting operations and hiring goals remotely and on-site as needed.

What you’ll need
2+ years of recruiting experience
Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines and hiring goals
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, resume databases, social media, and direct outreach
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and operations leaders
Previous recruiting experience in last-mile delivery, CDL transportation, or logistics
