About the role
This role strengthens Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota’s operational resilience by leading continuity planning, impact analysis, exercises, governance, and crisis response support.
What you’ll do
Lead continuity planning and business impact analysis
Develop and remediate business continuity plans
Facilitate exercises, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
Maintain program metrics and governance
Support crisis preparedness and response activities
Drive continuous improvement across resilience programs
What you’ll need
3+ years of enterprise resilience experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
Experience with Business Impact Analysis and continuity plans
Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, or exercises
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Knowledge of ISO 22301, NIST, FEMA, or operational resilience guidance
