About the role

What you’ll do
Deliver, implement, and support retail applications and AI agents for clients and case teams.
Own deployments and accelerate go-live for the Merch AI offer.
Coordinate client data and information-security processes.
Train users and provide end-user support to internal and external clients.
Recommend product and implementation improvements based on feedback.
Turn data into business insights using SQL and analytics.
What you’ll need
Degree in business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or similar.
Strong SQL skills for data interpretation and insights.
Proficiency in Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and formulas.
Advanced data visualization with Tableau and PowerBI.
Working knowledge of Python.
Experience deploying B2B applications and providing end-user support.
