About the role
Nourish is seeking a Product Lead to own the roadmap for AI-powered care workflows and coordinated care experiences, partnering with clinicians and cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and retention.
What you’ll do
Own the roadmap for AI-powered care workflows, programs, and quality systems
Lead the design, measurement, launch, and iteration of coordinated care experiences
Partner with dietitians, physicians, therapists, and AI agents
Define metrics, evaluate experiments, and translate insights into strategy
Take accountability for outcomes, not just feature delivery
What you’ll need
7+ years of work experience
4+ years of experience as a product manager
Experience building complex workflow products
Experience building AI-powered products is strongly preferred
Highly analytical and data-oriented
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
