About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead AI and analytics engagements for Retail and CPG clients from problem framing through deployment
• Manage engagement P&L, timelines, and senior client relationships
• Grow client accounts and the Retail & CPG AI practice
• Define reference architectures for enterprise GenAI and ML solutions
• Package and release models and LLM applications using containers, APIs, and CI/CD
• Build evaluation frameworks and ensure responsible AI governance

What you’ll need

• 8+ years in analytics, data science, or AI consulting, including 3+ years leading client engagements or teams
• Proven delivery of AI and data science solutions for Retail/CPG clients from problem definition to production
• Deep expertise in at least four of Pricing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, E-commerce, Digital, Retail Media Networks
• Strong Python and SQL; applied machine learning and statistics
• Experience with cloud data/ML platforms, MLOps, and generative AI/LLM solutioning
• Based in the United States and authorized to work in the US
