About the role

What you’ll do
Implement and configure the Hire2Retire platform for customers
Troubleshoot integration issues
Manage customer accounts through go-live and beyond
Work with customers to ensure successful onboarding
Manage multiple customers and priorities
Read documentation and test new systems to understand them
What you’ll need
3+ years full-time experience at a software company getting customers live on its product
Good technical foundation with understanding of APIs, SFTP, Active Directory, and enterprise software integration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn a new system by reading documentation and testing it
Organizational skills to manage multiple customers and priorities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred)
