About the role
Kele is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help data center customers select, manage, and troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control devices. This remote, customer-facing role involves reviewing specifications, coordinating with integrators and manufacturers, and providing ongoing technical support.
What you’ll do
Prepare and review bills of material, product submittals, and technical documentation
Recommend control devices based on application requirements and system compatibility
Troubleshoot device selection, wiring, configuration, and installation issues
Serve as a technical point of contact across assigned data center projects
Coordinate with sales, operations, purchasing, and manufacturers
Track technical questions, submittal decisions, scope changes, and unresolved issues
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience with building automation systems and HVAC controls
Knowledge of control device selection, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring schematics, specifications, and sequences of operation
Familiarity with 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, BACnet, and Modbus
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel to customer locations and active construction sites
