About the role
Lead fiat product strategy for Crypto.com's regulated US trading platform, owning funding and withdrawal experiences, banking-rail strategy, institutional APIs, and payment orchestration while driving performance across funds flow, acceptance, settlement, and transaction costs.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
Direct experience with CFTC/NFA-regulated FCM, futures broker, or regulated trading platform
Deep knowledge of US and EU payment rails (ACH, FedWire, FedNow/RTP, SEPA, SEPA Instant) including reversibility and settlement timing
Experience with direct bank integrations and commercial partnership negotiation
Experience building and launching scalable B2B API products with enterprise clients
7–10+ years of product management with at least 5 years in payment infrastructure, core banking, or regulated trading
Strong people management and stakeholder management across engineering, legal, compliance, finance, and senior leadership
