About the role

What you’ll do
Lead seasonal go-to-market and field service activities
Support retailers and independent accounts through product education
Execute merchandising and account development
Participate in community events
Conduct direct sales activities to grow Balega's market share
Manage follow-through from initial outreach through order completion
What you’ll need
2-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, run specialty, or outdoor specialty
Experience fitting and selling technical footwear, insoles, and socks
Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook
Valid driver's license and ability to work independently
