About the role

What you’ll do

• Lead client workstreams for operating model and organizational design
• Design and improve operating models, organizational capabilities, and marketing processes
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption
• Identify ways to use AI, automation, and data to improve operational performance
• Work independently and as part of a team in matrixed environments
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a similar field
• 5-8 years of experience in Business Architecture, Process Consulting, Organization Design, Change Management, or similar disciplines
• Working knowledge of business architecture practices such as process design, value streams, and operating model design
• Demonstrated ability to work in complex, matrixed environments independently and as part of a team
• Excellent research, writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Ability to form and maintain cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
