Unity Technologies seeks a Developer Support Engineer to provide technical support for Unity Ads, troubleshooting campaign delivery, attribution, and reporting issues for advertisers. The role involves SQL analysis, MMP integration investigation, and collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
What you’ll do
Own technical support for advertisers running Unity Ads campaigns, covering delivery, ROAS, attribution and reporting issues
Investigate MMP integration problems and data discrepancies using SQL and internal dashboards
Reproduce issues, write clear bug reports, and partner with Engineering and Product to drive fixes
Keep advertisers and Account Managers informed with clear, timely, solution-focused updates
Build and improve troubleshooting playbooks and contribute to the team's support automation tooling
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues in a customer-facing or support role
Comfort learning new technical domains and products quickly
Ability to write SQL queries to investigate and validate data
Ability to explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent cases
Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges
