About the role
Relias is hiring a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end product design for complex workflows, partnering with product management and engineering to deliver accessible, consistent experiences.
What you’ll do
Lead complex, end-to-end product design for products and major workflows
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders
Research, design, validate, deliver, and improve product experiences
Facilitate critique and incorporate feedback across cross-functional teams
Contribute to and evolve a shared design system
Review implemented experiences to identify gaps between design intent and delivery
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, interaction design, graphic design, psychology, information science, or related field
5+ years of UX or product design experience with complex digital products or workflows
Portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving and design outcomes
Advanced proficiency with Figma
Working knowledge of accessibility requirements including WCAG standards
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS or workflow-intensive enterprise applications
