About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline
10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, software delivery initiatives, or platform engineering portfolios
5+ years of people leadership experience managing TPMs, Program Managers, or technical delivery organizations
Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, multi-team initiatives in Agile environments
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering operating models
Deep expertise in portfolio governance, roadmap management, change management, and operating model design
