About the role
Highspring's Financial Services team seeks a Manager, Business Solution Engineering to lead client engagements for financial institutions, structuring ambiguous problems and designing implementable solutions. The role connects strategy, operations, finance, technology, data, risk, and execution through solution design and delivery.
What you’ll do
Lead client teams from problem definition through solution design and implementation
Connect strategy, operations, finance, technology, data, risk, controls, and execution
Lead client workshops, working sessions, requirements sessions, and decision forums
Lead complex workstreams, transformation initiatives, or business solution-design efforts
Translate business needs into functional, process, data, control, and technology requirements, solution designs, or implementation plans
Manage consulting engagement scope, delivery, teams, and economics
What you’ll need
BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, Operations, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in financial services consulting, business transformation, business architecture, finance, risk, operations, data, technology, or a related environment
Experience across lending, deposits, payments, treasury, finance, risk and controls, regulatory change, data, technology, M&A integration, or operating-model transformation
Demonstrated experience leading complex workstreams, transformation initiatives, or business solution-design efforts
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues into clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and decisions
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable cloud, data, AI, automation, and workflow technologies
