About the role
Bluecadet is seeking a Senior Experiential Designer to create user-centered experiences across digital, physical, and spatial environments, leading projects from concept through production while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and contributing to client conversations and studio culture.

What you’ll need
Exceptional visual design skills including typography, layout, composition, UI design, and visual systems
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate complex ideas into clear design solutions
Understanding of user-centered design, interaction principles, and experience flows
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and design/prototyping tools
4-7 years of relevant professional design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft and conceptual thinking
