About the role

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end user experience, prototypes, and behavioral specifications for applications
• Collaborate with product, business analysis, and engineering to deliver validated, accessible solutions
• Set cross-feature principles for AI trust, transparency, user control, and communicating uncertainty
• Partner with Data and AI teams on AI-augmented design strategy
• Lead workshops and cross-functional sessions from divergence to decision
• Connect design decisions to business goals and challenge product direction from a design perspective

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated impact on shipped products and business outcomes
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex B2B or enterprise workflows, including state models, edge cases, and system behavior
• Ability to build working code prototypes with AI-assisted tools using mock data and UI separated from data logic
• Strong accessibility awareness applying WCAG standards and understanding assistive technologies
• Fluency in designing screen- and flow-level patterns for AI-surfaced and agentic experiences
• Systems thinking with strong communication, facilitation, and leadership skills in ambiguous situations
