Partner with product, research, design, safety, and communications teams
Lead launches and create user education materials
Measure launch outcomes and inform product priorities
Coordinate launches requiring review across technical, policy, legal, and communications teams
Write briefs, positioning, FAQs, and launch materials
What you’ll need
Led consumer product marketing where trust, safety, health, or privacy shaped positioning
Write clear, empathetic copy about complex product behavior
Explain limitations and uncertainty accurately without unnecessary alarm
Coordinate launches with careful review across multiple teams
Use qualitative research, competitive analysis, user feedback, and product data
Experience with wellbeing, mental health, safety, or family-related products and familiarity with AI products
